Currently a majority of physiotherapists in Canada are using a "hands off" approach, which contains treatments using machines and exercises. Although I do value some of these methods, my point of view is that the best results are achieved with direct stimulation of the muscles with my hands. I am a strong believer in the healing aspect of the human touch. Not only because of the soothing affects it can have on the body, but also due to the precision I can achieve with my palpation to release musculoskeletal tissues.

While working as a physiotherapist since 2009, I have been able to cooperate and learn from therapists originating from all over the world. I have been trained to apply European, Australian, and Asian methods, that I combine according to the issues the patient is dealing with.
